Mr. Ishan Ahmad is an associate in the Commercial & Projects Team and has a broad range of experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial matters with a particular focus on acquisitions, mergers, corporate restructuring, and cross-border mergers and insolvencies in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, insurance, and fintech sectors.

He is qualified in both Civil and Common law. Before joining AMJ in 2023, Ishan gained valuable experience by practicing with a leading European law firm, where he provided consistent assistance and guidance to both international and European clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
