Ardeshir heads AMJ’s capital markets and corporate finance team and has advised on IPOs, FPOs, and PIPE transactions as well as local and cross-border M&A transactions.

Ardeshir also advises clients in relation to anti-trust and competition law, across of a variety of relevant markets including in relation to M&A transactions, anti-competitive agreements and anti-competitive actions (e.g., abuse of a dominant position).

Ardeshir joined AMJ in 2004 and became a Partner in 2012.
