Career

Armughan Ashfaq is a UK-qualified barrister and is an associate in AMJ’s corporate/commercial department. He has over fifteen years of experience advising clients on capital market, general corporate and investment fund transactions in Oman and Pakistan.

Armughan has extensive experience and diverse expertise across a number of practice areas of the firm and brings valuable insights to IPOs, private placements, rights issues, M&A, private equity share transfers, related party transactions, joint ventures and cross-border acquisitions.

He also advises a number of listed and non-listed companies on corporate governance and has also acted as company secretary for public joint stock companies in Oman.
