Isabelle Vendette

Isabelle Vendette is a partner in our Litigation Group in Montréal. Her practice focuses on corporate commercial litigation and class actions for some of the firm’s most important clients including financial institutions, multinational technology companies, telecommunication companies and other public and privately held corporations in complex and high-profile cases. Her practice includes financial services litigation, privacy and AI related litigation, corporate disputes as well as crisis management.

With her deep expertise in Canadian and US law, Isabelle advises her domestic and international clients in multi-jurisdictional litigation, class actions and contractual disputes. She is an experienced litigator who has appeared before all levels of Québec and federal courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
