Her practice focuses on advising project companies and financing institutions in the development and financing of infrastructure projects in Peru. Her experience includes sectors such as energy, transportation, irrigation and water deviation projects. Her practice includes the development of projects under various legal mechanisms, such as private investments, the Public- Private Partnership legal framework and Government to Government Agreements (G2G).
Has broad experience in the preparation and negotiation of the major contracts required for the development of a project, including design, construction and O&M agreements. Represented parties in national and international arbitrations related to infrastructure projects, including complex construction disputes. Her experience also includes antitrust law. Represented private parties in cartel and abuse of dominant position cases, in markets such as natural gas, railway transportation, medicinal gases and telecommunications.
