His professional practice concentrates in commercial, transactional and regulatory counseling to mining companies investing in Peru. Moreover, he advises companies with energy, oil and infrastructure projects, with particular emphasis on contractual and corporate matters, consulting on regulatory matters, management, permitting and consulting on environmental issues. Partner at Miranda & Amado since 2015, he joined the firm as an associate in 2007. Former associate with Paul Hastings LLP, New York office (2012 to 2013), Bracamonte, Lamas Puccio & Abogados (2005 to 2007) and Delapuente Abogados (2004 a 2005). Guillermo is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru, with a Master of Laws degree from the NYU (2012). Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
