Career
His professional practice focuses on infrastructure project development and financing, multilateral and corporate financing, capital markets, regulation, merger control and competition law. Enrique was a Partner at Miranda & Amado from 2000 to July 2016. He has served as Chief of Advisors to the Peruvian Prime Minister from 2016 to 2017 and Special Presidential Envoy to the OECD in Paris in 2017. He rejoined the firm as Partner in 2018. He has served as President of Alianza Pro Bono (2013-2016) and he has been a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of Enseña Perú, from 2013 to 2016, as well as a member of the Board of COFIDE, from 2016 to 2017, and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Red Pro Bono de las Américas (2019 to date). Before joining the firm, he was an associate with Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP in NY (1997-2000) and served as Technical Secretary of INDECOPI’s Unfair Competition Commission (1995 -1996).
