Her experience includes labor and employment (L&E) counseling (including on the hire and termination of executives), involvement in international employment redesign and cost-cutting processes, M&A transactions, and benefits harmonization and integration processes. She also has acted in disputes and landmark cases in employment and pension litigation, as well as in insolvency proceedings.
