Career
Co-head of the Firm’s global Project Development & Finance practice with expertise in energy transition, oil and gas (including LNG), power (including renewables), metals and mining, infrastructure and other sectors in the U.S., Europe, Africa, Latin America and elsewhere. Advises clients on a broad range of transactions, including project financings, leveraged financings and capital markets offerings for sponsor, financial institution and corporate clients.
Recognized as “Dealmaker of the Year” by The American Lawyer, “Project Finance Lawyer of the Year” by Euromoney’s Women in Business Law Awards, “Energy MVP” and “Project Finance MVP” by Law360, and one of Crain’s “Notable Diverse Leaders in Law” and “Notable Women in Business”.
Her work recently includes: Chevron ACES Delta, Port Arthur LNG; Golden Triangle Polymers Facility; California Resources Corporation joint venture with Brookfield Renewable; Volkswagen and Siemens investment in Electrify America; Sempra Energy LNG; Corpus Christi LNG; Cameron LNG; Australia Pacific LNG; Tillman Infrastructure; TerraForm Power; the Buckthorn Wind Project; and several large-scale pending projects in North America and Africa.
