Inmaculada López Visús

Inmaculada López is Counsel in the Litigation and Intellectual Property Department at Eversheds Sutherland in Madrid, with more than two decades of experience advising national and international clients on complex disputes and strategic commercial matters. Her practice encompasses all stages of litigation and arbitration proceedings, with particular expertise in intellectual property and unfair competition disputes. She regularly advises clients across a broad range of sectors, including cosmetics, automotive, retail, construction, real estate and financial services.

Inmaculada has extensive experience handling high-value and business-critical matters involving trade marks, patents, advertising and consumer claims, product liability issues and contractual disputes. Alongside her contentious work, she provides ongoing strategic advice on a wide variety of commercial arrangements, including distribution, agency, financing, leasing and intellectual property licensing agreements. Clients value her pragmatic approach, commercial awareness and ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory issues in highly competitive markets.

In addition to her practice, Inmaculada is an active contributor to industry publications and business associations, particularly within the cosmetics (Stanpa and Industria Cosmética), automotive (Sernauto, Anesdor and Aedive) and retail (Women in Retail) sectors and is a member of the Asociación de Expertos en Derecho de la Moda (AEDM).
