Niina is a highly experienced procedural lawyer and the head of our dispute resolution practice group.

Niina has extensive experience in dispute processes in general and arbitration courts. She also advises our clients in matters related to management responsibility and financial offence cases. Niina has served several times as a sole arbitrator or as a member in an arbitration court. She has also served several times as a trustee in redemption disputes under the Limited Liability Companies Act.

In addition, she has diverse experience in business law, including commercial agreements and matters related to company law as well as insolvency issues. Niina has advised our clients in a number of cartel and cartel damage litigations as well as in disputes concerning shareholder agreements, supply agreements and subcontracts.
