Jari Salminen

Jari is a Partner of Eversheds Attorneys Ltd. He specializes in corporate restructurings, bankruptcies, turnaround arrangements, judicial proceedings, and transactions.

Over 30 years, Jari has acted as an administrator in corporate restructuring proceedings and as an estate administrator of bankruptcy estates in sectors of, inter alia, technology industry, commerce, transport, construction, mining, and different service providers.

Jari has acted as a counsel in large sector transactions, involving different types of transactions related to company and insolvency law. Different turnaround arrangements, involving restructuring of finances and agreement relations, are his area of expertise.

Jari acts as an attorney in large judicial and arbitration proceedings.
