Raiko heads our Litigation and Dispute Management group. He has 19 years of experience in advising and representing clients.

Raiko represents clients in both judicial as well as arbitration disputes. In particular, Raiko is advising clients in matters concerning law of obligations, construction, public procurement, corporate and insurance law.

He acted as an insurance mediator and as a member of the arbitral tribunal for the resolution of insurance disputes.

Raiko is also a recognized lecturer in public procurement law. He has delivered lectures in conferences, clients’ in-house training courses, various courses provided by training companies as well as the round table for the biggest procurers in Estonia.
