Inmaculada López Visús

Inmaculada López is Counsel at the Litigation and Intellectual Property Department at Eversheds Sutherland's Madrid office.

With over 15 years of experience, Inmaculada focuses her professional activity on all types of legal and arbitration proceedings for domestic and international clients, with special dedication to commercial and IP litigation.

She has extensive experience in the main sectors of the market (pharmaceutical, construction, financial, automotive and cosmetics). Inmaculada has participated in IP, unfair competition, general breach of contracts, product liability, consumers, and advertising disputes. In addition, she assists national and international clients on a wide range of commercial contracts (distribution, agency, financing, leasing, patents and trademarks licenses, etc.) and advises some of the leading companies in the market on a day-to-day basis.

Inmaculada collaborates with the Spanish cosmetic specialized press Industria Cosmética. Moreover, she is the coordinator at the law firm of the pro bono projects with ICADE, the Madrid Bar Association and the Fundación Pro Bono España.
