Huw heads up the personal injury team at Enable Law. He has significant experience of advising clients who have sustained life changing neurological injuries, as well as other complex injuries. He is also a Court of Protection appointed Deputy for a number of clients who are unable to deal with their affairs because of the injuries they have sustained.

Career Highlights:

- Recovered a seven-figure settlement for a man in his 70’s following a road traffic collision

- Recovered a seven-figure settlement for a man following a road traffic collision

- Achieved a settlement of over £5 million for a young man injured as a passenger in a vehicle driven by a friend. The family had originally been advised to accept an offer of £1m by a firm of solicitors local to them before instructing me.

- I have been a trustee of Headway Bristol for over 25 years.

- Alongside my colleague, Sue Stoll, we recovered £27.4 million for a young woman involved in a road traffic collision as a child, a claim we took over from other solicitors. The settlement will provide her with the lifelong care and support that she needs.
