Toby Larkham

Toby has significant experience in advising clients on a range of banking and finance transactions, with a particular focus on real estate backed lending.

He has acted extensively for the main clearing banks as well as private and international lenders in respect of investment and development finance transactions, with a particular expertise in high value cross border transactions.

Toby also acts for various corporate borrowers, particularly within our Developer sector where he assists on their core financing requirements.

- Acting for a Swiss bank in respect of the refinance of £100m+ facilities made available to 4 offshore group companies.

- Acting for a Swiss private bank in respect of the refinance of a new build purpose built student accommodation (PBSA) building in Nottingham.

- Acting for a Middle Eastern investment fund in relation to the £50m refinancing of 5 commercial investment assets, including a busy Heathrow hotel.

- Acting for a housebuilder in relation to multiple acquisition and development financing facilities.
