Howard also counsels clients on a broad range of risk issues connected with the “E” and the “S” in ESG, including navigating increasingly complex and sometimes conflicting ESG-focused regulations, executive orders, and government enforcement investigations and priorities as well as fair access issues, antitrust concerns, and supply chain and human trafficking developments.
