Harvey Stringfellow

Harvey has a strong profile in Dispute Resolution, having had nearly 20 years’ experience in this area of legal practice. His broad experience includes a number of high profile cases, and advising a wide range of commercial clients from PLCs to owner managed businesses, traditional partnerships and LLPs.

Harvey has a high level of repeat instructions from corporate clients, maintaining long-standing, trusted client relationships across his career. He provides responsive and commercial advice very often in urgent situations where injunctive relief may be required.

Harvey has represented clients at all levels and has very significant experience in the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court (and the House of Lords as it was) and its equivalent in the area of Sports Law being the Court of Arbitration for Sport is Lausanne, Switzerland.
