Graduated from Peking University Law School, Mr. Zhang Haijun is the Managing Director and Deputy Director of Zhonglun W&D Law Firm practicing on Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, Finance and Entertainment matters.

In the field of Dispute Resolution, Mr. Zhang has represented over 200 civil and commercial litigation as well as arbitration cases, including Financial Trust Contract Dispute，Equity Transfer, Transfer of Projects under Construction, Construction Contract Dispute, Disposition of non-performing Asset, Financial Leasing Dispute and other litigation and execution cases of hundreds of millions to billions RMB.

In the field of Real Estate and Construction Engineering, Mr. Zhang is the legal advisor and the head of the perennial lawyers team of Ministry of Nature Resources of the People’s Republic of China, Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Nature Resources. He was also the member of The Chartered Institute of Building(CIOB) and is well-experienced in the industry of real estate development and the relevant laws, regulations and policies.

In the field of Finance, especially Real Estate Finance, Mr. Zhang has provided legal services for Insurance Fund, Trust and Securitization, Bank Loans, Asset Management, Commission Debt, Real Estate Investment Trust, Private Equity Funds, Financial Leasing, Accounts Receivable Transfer, Factoring etc.
