Hadrien Montagne

Hadrien Montagne is a partner in the Business Law group in Montréal. His practice is primarily focused on mergers & acquisitions, securities law matters, public financings and private equity, both domestic and cross-border. Hadrien has participated in numerous going-private transactions of publicly listed issuers and Canadian and cross-border mergers & acquisitions across a wide range of industries. In the course of these transactions, he has acted for a diversified range of clients, including the selling companies as well as strategic and financial buyers. Hadrien has also acted as counsel to issuers and underwriters in various public offerings (including initial public offerings) and private placements of publicly listed issuers.

Hadrien is a regular speaker at conferences, where he notably presents on M&A, private equity and securities subject matters. He is an active member in his community and is involved with various not-for-profit organizations.
