Our restructuring and insolvency practice is widely recognized for its involvement and expertise in complex debt restructuring transactions, credit recovery lawsuits, in-court reorganizations, bankruptcy proceedings and investments in distressed assets.

We represent creditors, investors, debtors and shareholders of companies in financial distress or in insolvency proceedings in the most varied transactions and lawsuits. Our experience includes corporate reorganization, bilateral and syndicated restructuring deals, structuring of financing alternatives involving distressed assets, enforcement of guarantees, credit protection measures, participation in creditors' meetings and representation of interested parties in judicial and extrajudicial reorganizations and other insolvency proceedings.
