Greg Gordon represents clients in complex, high-profile chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, cross-border insolvencies, distressed M&A transactions, and bankruptcy- or insolvency-related litigation matters. He has led successful restructurings in a wide array of industries, has successfully resolved a myriad of enterprise-threatening liabilities, has assisted clients in consummating numerous, complex asset dispositions and acquisitions, and defended clients against high stakes fraudulent transfer and other similar lawsuits.
