Gregory M Gordon

Greg Gordon represents clients in complex, high-profile chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, cross-border insolvencies, distressed M&A transactions, and bankruptcy- or insolvency-related litigation matters. He has led successful restructurings in a wide array of industries, has successfully resolved a myriad of enterprise-threatening liabilities, has assisted clients in consummating numerous, complex asset dispositions and acquisitions, and defended clients against high stakes fraudulent transfer and other similar lawsuits. In recent years, Greg has assisted and is continuing to assist a series of clients in achieving permanent resolutions of their mass tort liabilities, including asbestos and talc liabilities, through chapter 11 bankruptcy filings. Greg is a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy and has lectured and published articles on a multitude of topics.
