Gregory J Kerwin

Gregory’s practice includes complex commercial disputes in trial and appellate courts: antitrust, securities, business tort and contract disputes. He has been the lead or second-chair in more than 20 jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations. He has argued and briefed many cases in the Colorado appellate courts, Tenth Circuit and Ninth Circuit.
