Greg is a corporate Partner and head of the Business Transaction practice group, which accounts for around a third of our business.

He specialises on private equity, growth and venture transactions, acting for institutions, management teams and corporates. As practice group head, Greg oversees our Private Equity; FIG; M&A; Corporate Finance and Commercial departments, and sits on the Osborne Clarke Executive Board.

Having worked with many of his clients for more than a decade, Greg appreciates the importance of building sustainable and intimate relationships with his clients, and is now helping the firm drive forward its efforts to build deep knowledge of our clients’ businesses and the markets in which they operate.

Greg joined Osborne Clarke when he qualified as a lawyer in 1994, and helped launch our office in the Thames Valley in 1998. He has been a Partner since 1999, and is also an active member of the British Venture Capital Association.
