Gordon has expertise in brain, spinal cord and amputation injuries, with a particular interest in paediatric brain injury claims. Gordon regularly secures seven figure settlements on behalf of his clients and has over 20 years’ experience of catastrophic injury litigation. Recent cases include settlements of £5m and £3.5m for children who suffered brain injuries as a result of road traffic accidents and over £7m for an adult who suffered a spinal cord injury. A dedicated, passionate advocate for his clients and their families, Gordon is fully engaged with ensuring that injury victims of catastrophic accidents get the best possible rehabilitation as soon as possible after an accident and receive a quality standard of care for the remainder of their lives.
