Gonzalo Noboa Baquerizo is a founding partner of the firm and Head of the Dispute Resolution department, with more than 30 years of experience in the practice of civil and commercial law. His practice and in-depth knowledge have allowed him to participate and lead multiple and complex transactions involving several jurisdictions, including Arbitration and Mediation, regarding matters such as estructuring, insolvency and litigation.
Gonzalo has been teaching Civil and Commercial Law for more than 20 years; he is a professor of the Law School of the University Santiago de Guayaquil, specializing in Torts and Contracts. He has been a lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo (UEES), on the subject of legal environment of the entrepreneur, a lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property of the Universidad Santiago de Guayaquil in several courses, and has also joined as a professor of master classes in civil law (obligations) at the Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo (UEES).
Gonzalo is the author of various academic and non-academic articles published in specialized magazines, such as:
