Gideon has advised on numerous complex, global and domestic strategic transactions across a wide range of industries, including transportation, telecommunications, retail, financial services, natural resources, infrastructure, media and aerospace.

Gideon received his JD from the University of Toronto in 2016 and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen’s University.
