Partner of PPU specialized in commercial law, especially in the fields of corporate matters and mergers & acquisitions. He has broad experience in commercial transactions of all kinds and sizes, including corporate reorganizations, foreign investments, financing restructuration, mergers and joint ventures of companies, as well as the drafting and negotiation of various commercial contracts. He represents both Chilean and international companies operating in various sectors of the economy, including the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, education, transport and aquaculture. He is Professor of Commercial Law at the Adolfo Ibáñez University and Director of the Chilean-German Chambers of Commerce.
