Gerardo has a Law Degree from Universidad de los Andes (2007), a Postgraduate Degree in Commercial Law from the same University (2008) and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from the George Washington University (2012).

-Counsel to CasaLuker in the use of artificial intelligence in digital marketing campaigns. This matter was important as it involved managing legal risks in emerging technologies while safeguarding the company’s brand identity.

-Counsel to Ringana GMBH in corporate, data protection and ecommerce regulation and proceedings for entering the Colombian market cosmetics products in a multilevel commercial scheme.

-Counsel to Philips Latam in the local regulation applicable to medical devices that incorporates software and artificial intelligence.
