Partner in the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets team. Her professional practice focuses in different types of financing, infrastructure and capital market transactions and insurance matters. She has represented lenders and borrowers in the financing of mining projects, hydroelectric, GNL, wind and solar energy projects and desalination plants. She also has substantial experience in advising lenders in syndicated financing and underwriters and issuers in 144A/Reg S bond and shares issuances made by Chilean companies abroad.
