The IP Department is lead by Partner Mauricio Patiño whorelies on 3 Senior Associates acting as directors of different and specializedinternal practices, which results in sharper and "tailored made"legal advice to satisfy client's needs. Zoraida Fonseca heads the localtrademark and parent area; Camilo Suarez leads the IP enforcement and unfaircompetition litigation and foreign patent practice; and Gerardo Florez is incharge of the management of foreign trademark portfolios, copyright, domainnames, data protection, start-ups and health registration matters.
