He advises in relation to all media, including social media and all types of creative content, across a range of sectors. He provides regulatory and pre-clearance advice and is experienced in successfully defending ads and advertising campaigns from ASA complaints/investigations and independent reviews. He advises on a range of legal and regulatory issues, including intellectual property queries and regulatory issues under the CAP and BCAP Codes, and Consumer Protection Regulations, among others. He advises clients in relation to investigations by the Competition & Markets Authority.
