Jerry Oliver is a skilled practitioner in both Labor and Employment law. He represents management and has extensive trial and litigation experience in the arbitral, administrative and judicial systems. His practice includes all aspects of employment law, including federal and state EEOC laws, FMLA and ADA matters, FLSA issues, personnel practices, discipline and discharge, harassment avoidance and training, non-competes, and safety matters under OSHA and MSHA. He counsels management in counter-union campaigns, corporate campaigns, collective bargaining, unfair labor practice proceedings, strikes, arbitration and mediation under both the NLRA and RLA. Jerry is also a Certified Mediator.
