George Denegre is a commercial litigator, focusing his practice on securities fraud, professional liability, intellectual property, tax, franchise, and other complex, high-exposure litigation. His experience also includes business torts, trusts and estates, and numerous types of contract disputes. In recent years he has twice been named Best Lawyer’s New Orleans Litigation – Securities “Lawyer of the Year.”
In addition to litigating in state and federal courts, George has significant experience in alternative dispute resolution, both in arbitration and mediation, and he has previously served as a securities arbitrator. Additionally, he frequently represents automobile and truck manufacturers before the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission.
