Robert represents clients as lead counsel in a variety of environmental, energy, commercial, and tort matters in both federal and state courts. In addition, he advises clients regarding energy and environmental regulatory matters and has experience as a director and manager of companies involved in real estate and mineral activities.

He has extensive experience in litigation concerning legacy oilfield issues, toxic torts, and property contamination including cases in federal and state trial courts throughout Louisiana as well as state and federal appellate. His work also includes a broad range of other environmental and energy issues, including commercial litigation, class actions, environmental citizen suits, downstream litigation, pipeline matters, oil & gas disputes, and representing clients in disputes with Louisiana regulatory agencies.
