Garrett Nemeroff

Garrett Nemeroff represents policyholders in high-stakes insurance recovery litigation and bad faith matters. He represents clients in a wide range of coverage disputes involving commercial general liability and excess liability policies, commercial property and business interruption policies, maritime (protection and indemnity) and aviation policies, and various other types of insurance coverage matters. Garrett advises clients across multiple industries, including construction, aviation, manufacturing, maritime, hospitality, and tourism. He also represents clients in complex commercial litigation and construction litigation matters, including performance and payment bond disputes.
