Gabriel is a partner and Chair of the Employer Defense and Labor Relations Practice. He assists corporations and public employers with all aspects of the employment relationship. He negotiates collective bargaining agreements, and represents employers in labor disputes before administrative agencies and courts. Gabriel litigates employment disputes on behalf of employers, including discrimination claims based on age, disability, race, national origin, gender, sexual harassment and workers' compensation retaliation. He is a frequent speaker and author on labor and employment issues on local and national levels, and is a regular contributor to the firm's online resource, EmploymentLawLetter.com.
