Frank Mangiatordi

Frank Mangiatordi advises acquirers, sellers, joint venture partners, borrowers, lenders, landlords, tenants, developers, sponsors, and issuers across numerous industries. His practice includes counseling on portfolio and single-asset acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, developments, sale/leasebacks, distressed asset workouts, and reorganizations and leases. Mr. Mangiatordi represents both borrowers and lenders on the origination of balance sheet, securitized, syndicated, mezzanine, preferred equity and corporate loans (including construction, repositioning and permanent loans) across all real estate asset classes. Mr. Mangiatordi’s clients include institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, lenders, borrowers, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and developers.
