With over ten years of experience in civil, commercial, and economic litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitration, Francisco advises and represents clients in complex disputes and in the design of strategies for their judicial, commercial, and business matters, including proceedings related to insolvency and business reorganization. He is included in the list of arbitrators of the Santiago Court of Appeals.

His approach is grounded in a deep understanding of each client's business, ensuring that the strategies he designs remain closely aligned with their broader commercial objectives. He is also an active participant in mediation and alternative dispute resolution processes, as well as in preventive litigation advice. Also Francisco provides clients with strategic advice on corporate and business matters, achieving effective dispute resolutions and directing tailored strategies for arbitration proceedings.
