Ariela leads the firm's Litigation Area — Civil and Arbitration — and, drawing on her extensive trajectory and experience, also supports other practice areas across the firm.

With over 20 years of experience, including more than seven years as an arbitrator at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce, Ariela's practice centers on high-complexity litigation and arbitration.

In her expertise legal areas, Ariela advises and represents az's clients in high-complexity litigation and arbitration proceedings, providing strategic counsel in civil, commercial, and regulatory; competition and antitrust matters; advertising and intellectual property disputes; information technology and licensing issues; and pharmaceutical regulation. She works closely with clients to design dispute-resolution strategies tailored to their business objectives, drawing on her extensive experience as both litigator and arbitrator.
