She is an Ethics Judge of the Bar Association and Arbitrator Judge of the Arbitration Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce and of the List of Arbitrators of the Santiago Appeals Court. Ariela has successfully represented transnational clients for more than 20 years, including Abbott, Etex Group, Netflix, and Walmart.

Ariela was chosen among the 25 best LATAM litigators by the Benchmark Litigation publication and is recognized for her wide versatility and knowledge in various legal areas. Her clients constantly highlight her high standard and professionalism at work, highlighting the security with which she provides her services, which has allowed her to generate long-term relationships and absolute trust.

Most recently, Ariela continues to shine in the area. She got secured as counsel for ASILFA (Pharmaceutical laboratories Association) one of the main trade guild associations in Chile for laboratories of local production.
