Her work often requires coordinating litigation strategy with sanitary registrations, data exclusivity regimes, and commercialization timelines, ensuring alignment between intellectual property protection and regulatory approval frameworks.

Her practice is distinguished by her ability to integrate healthcare regulation, patent law, competition law, public procurement, and dispute resolution into cohesive legal strategies tailored to highly regulated industries. She provides commercially focused, risk-sensitive advice on regulatory strategy and compliance, lifecycle management, antitrust investigations, pharmaceutical and biotech patent disputes, sanitary sanctioning proceedings, and public procurement challenges. She also represents clients in litigation before civil and constitutional courts, health authorities, competition regulators, industrial property authorities, and the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic.
