Francisco is a partner in the Global Commercial Disputes Group at Reed Smith and serves as the firm’s vice-chair of International Arbitration (U.S.). He focuses on cross-border disputes and international arbitration and litigation. He also focuses on Latin America, representing multinational companies in the defense, financial, infrastructure, energy, biotech, software, media, and hospitality sectors.

Francisco has been widely recognized for his representation of clients in investor-state disputes before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA), the ICC International Court of Arbitration (ICC), the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Francisco also litigates international disputes before state and federal courts in the United States.
