Francesco is Italy country head of the Firm and leads the Italian Financing, Private Credit and Capital Solutions team. Francesco has wide experience of advising private equity and private credit funds, corporates and banks on leveraged acquisitions, distressed M&A transactions as well as debt finance, hybrid equity investments and restructurings. In addition, his practice also focuses on value-add and highly complex real estate and infra financing transactions (including via CMBS structures), syndicated loan facilities, capital markets exits and structured finance deals (including NPLs and UTPs investments and related financing). He has a deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and usually supports clients in highly regulated markets whilst remaining sector agnostic.
