Fozeia is a Director in MJM’s Dispute Resolution team and a leading advocate in Bermuda for complex litigation across corporate, banking, insurance, employment, immigration, and high-value trust disputes. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal of Bermuda and is also highly regarded for her mediation practice, where she has successfully resolved a wide range of commercial and private client conflicts.

She routinely advises international and local institutions on regulatory and employment matters, as well as trustees and beneficiaries in contentious probate and estate disputes.
