Jeremy is a Director and Head of the Corporate Department at MJM. He advises both international and local clients on a broad spectrum of corporate and finance matters, with particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, cross-border shipping and aviation transactions, and complex restructurings. His work often involves high-value, multi-jurisdictional deals where his clients rely on his deep technical expertise and ability to navigate regulatory, banking, and structured finance issues.
