Jeremy is a Partner and Head of MJM’s Corporate & Finance Team. He advises both international and local clients on a broad spectrum of corporate and finance matters, with particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, cross-border shipping transactions, and complex restructurings. His work often involves high-value, multi-jurisdictional deals where his clients rely on his deep technical expertise and ability to navigate regulatory, banking, and structuring issues. Known for his pragmatic approach, Jeremy delivers solutions that balance robust legal protection with the commercial objectives of his clients.
At MJM, Jeremy brings close to 30 years of offshore and onshore experience gained across England, Bermuda, Hong Kong, Jersey, the British Virgin Islands, and Anguilla. Having trained and practised at leading English and offshore firms, he offers clients a global perspective on corporate transactions and regulatory compliance. He regularly contributes thought leadership through international legal publications and the Bermuda Law Blog, reinforcing MJM’s reputation as a leading corporate practice.
