Jeremy is a Partner and Head of MJM’s Corporate & Finance Team. He advises both international and local clients on a broad spectrum of corporate and finance matters, with particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, cross-border shipping transactions, and complex restructurings. His work often involves high-value, multi-jurisdictional deals where his clients rely on his deep technical expertise and ability to navigate regulatory, banking, and structuring issues. At MJM, Jeremy brings close to 30 years of offshore and onshore experience gained across England, Bermuda, Hong Kong, Jersey, the British Virgin Islands, and Anguilla.
