Our Dispute Resolution team provides practical, highly responsive, cost effective advice and representation across a broad range of international and Bermuda based disputes in the areas of banking, company/corporate, construction, defamation, general commercial, restructuring and insolvency, personal injury, property and planning, and public and constitutional law.
