Career

Flavio focuses on tax matters involving foreign investments in Brazil, transactions involving investment funds and transactions in financial and capital markets, including debt and equity-structured transactions, project financing and real estate. He also advises on tax aspects of business combination, corporate reorganizations and debt restructuring.

Flavio is a member and coordinator of the tax committee of the Brazilian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (ABVCAP).
