Finn started in Thommessen in 2001 and is now head of Thommessen's department for tax and duties. He assist Norwegian and non-Norwegian clients with issues related to Norwegian and international taxation, including transfer pricing. Finn assist client with day to day tax issues and with restructuring and transactions. A large part of Finn's work also consists of assistance with disputes with Norwegian tax authorities, and he has litigate several cases before Norwegian courts, including the Supreme Court. Finn has substantial experience with various industries and has in depth knowledge of the Norwegian tonnage tax regime and the special tax rules for the hydropower industry.
