He concentrates his practice in representing industries in investigations of trade defense measures, negotiations of free trade agreements, negotiations on barriers (technical, sanitary, among others) to international trade and other trade policy matters related to the World Trade Organization (WTO) and other international entities. Fernando has worked at the Brazilian Embassy in Washington (USA) and the Brazilian Mission at the WTO in Geneva (Switzerland).
