Evan Miller provides strategic advance and litigates employee benefits’ issues on behalf of corporate plan sponsors, multiemployer pension plan contributors, and institutional and individual ERISA fiduciaries. He is particularly active in litigating multiemployer withdrawal liability issues on behalf of employers and defending ERISA fiduciary class action claims, and is often engaged in special projects relating to the restructuring, risk transfer, and allocation of pension and retiree health liabilities.
